Each Dojo is primarily managed by its owner and Guardians, who are responsible for establishing and enforcing their community rules in a fair and respectful manner. Each Dojo may establish additional rules that apply within its community, provided those rules do not conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Community Guidelines, or applicable laws. Users are encouraged to report content or behavior that violates a Dojo's rules, the Community Guidelines, these Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws. Reports may be reviewed by Dojo Owners, Guardians, or Site Administrators, depending on the nature of the report. Site Administrators generally respect the independence of each Dojo and do not routinely interfere with community moderation. However, they may intervene when necessary to enforce these Terms and Conditions, protect users, comply with applicable laws, address security concerns, or preserve the integrity and operation of Indoxnito.com. Users found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, or applicable Dojo rules may be subject to content removal, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity or frequency of the violation.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a reliable and secure platform, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error free, or free from bugs.
